Access to the Website is free of charge and confers the status of user, which implies acceptance of this Legal Notice in the version published at the time of access.

Through the Website, PUERTO INNOVA SL (“Pictulab”) offers a platform for generating and editing images and video using artificial intelligence, free file conversion and editing tools, the purchase of tokens and subscription plans.

The purchase of paid services is also governed by the Terms of Service, which prevail over this Legal Notice in all matters relating to the contractual relationship. The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy and the use of cookies by the Cookie Policy.

This Legal Notice is governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Valencia, unless the user is a consumer, in which case the courts of their place of residence shall have jurisdiction in accordance with applicable law.
